Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our innovative battery manufacturing team. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and providing expert guidance in mechanical engineering, as well as effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in battery manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of production equipment.

Analysis and Research:
- Analyze data related to equipment performance, manufacturing processes, and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research to support equipment upgrades or process optimization initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports summarizing research, data analysis, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Effectively communicate technical findings to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in written form.

Project Support:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement technical solutions and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise during the design, testing, and installation of new systems or components.

Adaptability and Task Management:
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
- Quickly adapt to evolving operational needs and support cross-functional teams as required.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining electro-mechanical systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and software.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools to evaluate equipment performance.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and best practices.

Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Highly adaptable, with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage shifting demands in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in battery manufacturing or a similar high-tech production environment.
- Knowledge of quality control systems and protocols related to battery production.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
