Position Summary:

Global Foods sells it's own products as well as co-manufacturing services. We are seeking an Order Processor with co-manufacturing/tolling order entry experience. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• 1. Checking, verifying, entering, and processing orders in our ERP system.
• 2. Coordinating incoming shipments from customers for conversions.
• 3. Working with our production planners to confirm orders.
• 4. Coordinating outgoing transportation to our customers.
• The position also includes phone and email communications with Customers, Vendors and Trucking companies.

Responsibilities

• Order Entry and processing
• Monthly reporting
• Update ERP with new customers and new items and promotions

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition to basic internet searches
• Accuracy and Attention to detail a must
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment and complete tasks despite disruptions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive work Ethic
• Independent workerPrevious experience in Office setting and co-manufacturing order entry
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping/ Quickbooks is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Travel Requirements:

This position will require 3-4 weeks of company paid onsite training. The training locations will vary between Wisconsin, Illinois, and Arizona.
