AR and AP Specialist:

Exercise high throughput and quality standards in the ownership of the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions combined with providing strong accounting insight to support process improvements and financial close efficiency.

Duties:

• Demonstrate high “throughput” ability in processing A/P transactions in our ERP system while conforming with directions provided by accounting management during LOA of primary AP Accountant.
• Taking full responsibility for all aspects of Rose Electronics’ accounts payable processes
• Upon return of the AP Accountant, transition to Accounts Receivable to assist in the full-cycle of Accounts Receivable, including, but not limited to: Daily invoicing, cash applications, collections, and performing credit reference checks.
• Strong proactive communication skills to address any identified issues across the business
• Maintenance of strong internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with finance team members to support various ad hoc assignments, forecasts, and support the monthly accounting close process
