Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Rep to support our team. This role is a sales role that will involve cold calling and business to business sales. You will seek, contact, and build rapport with business clients to set appointments for our Territory Sales Managers. On a typical day, you will identify prospective clients and market to them via phone, email, and in-person, and build relationships with contacts. The ideal BDM is a "go-getter" who thrives in a competitive sales environment and is committed to delivering the best customer service experience possible.

  • Strong phone presence and experience sustaining high outbound efforts
  • The ability to call and physically visit cold leads door to door
  • Outstanding relationship-building experience and communication skills
  • Self-confidence, resiliency, and organization/time management discipline
  • Highly professional demeanor with an engaging personality
  • Professional accountability, self-motivation, and a tenacious, get-it-done attitude

 

Responsibilities

  • As a BDM, you’ll have an opportunity to be a key contributor to the sales team, bringing your work ethic and desire to make an immediate impact
  • You’ll gain a strong understanding of the marketing and customer funnels as well as hands-on, direct interaction with sales prospects
  • You will learn how to sell light industrial staffing solutions
  • Exceed daily KPIs and monthly quota goals by setting qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives that result in bookings

 

Benefits

  • Compensation: $65-75k salary, potential with commission is $85-100k
