The Account Executive (Temporary Housing) will serve as the primary relationship manager between the company, relocation specialists, and the families they serve. This role is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships, supporting relocation specialists in their work, and guiding displaced families with care and professionalism as they secure temporary housing. It requires a balance of empathy, attention to detail, and results-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing sales role, with a strong track record in prospecting, business development, and managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Proven ability to generate new business through outbound efforts including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and relationship-driven sales strategies.
- Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to build trust quickly with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-oriented selling and uncovering customer needs.
- Confident in negotiation, objection handling, and navigating complex conversations with decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Notion, and Airtable.
- Comfortable using outbound and sales enablement tools including Apollo.io, Clay, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relocation specialists, housing partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through outbound business development efforts.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
- Manage pipeline activity, sales performance, and client interactions within the CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client success, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a relationship-first approach.
