Role Overview:


The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless implementation and integration of our solutions. 


Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Assist in the implementation and integration of our products with existing client workflows.

- Engage with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.

- Transition from a product-focused role to a customer-facing role, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and address any technical challenges.


Qualifications:


- Experience in modern transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable.

- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and integrate complex solutions and data workflows. 

-Ability to discuss and demonstrate coding and technical solutions (coding experience is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Proven ability to explain complex technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Capable of designing and validating solutions that address client challenges and optimize value delivery.
