Sales Executive — Houston (Hunter)


Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) — in-office Tuesdays; field-first otherwise


About the Company

Our client is a national provider of injury case-management services. Their high-touch nurse-led model reduces unnecessary ER/clinic visits, cutting employer costs while improving employee experience. With strong growth and executive support, they’re expanding the new-logo sales team in Houston.


The Role

Own a pure hunter territory focused on landing large enterprise accounts (10K+ employees). You’ll run the entire complex sales cycle—from first conversation to legal redlines and signature—while knowing when a transactional motion is sufficient vs. when to orchestrate a full enterprise pursuit.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and convert a new-logo pipeline via cold outreach, sequences, events, and social.
  • Execute complex, multi-stakeholder cycles across Safety/HSE, HR, Risk, Finance, and Legal.
  • Lead negotiations, manage redlines, and partner with leadership to remove blocks.
  • Diagnose when to run a fast, transactional path vs. a structured enterprise process.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecasting, and activity metrics.


What You’ll Bring

  • Hunter-only mindset; no account management focus or preference.
  • 3–7+ years of B2B new-logo sales with enterprise wins; experience in insurance/PEO/occupational health/safety tech is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success landing 10K+ employee accounts and navigating procurement/legal.
  • Mastery of discovery, multi-threading, executive storylines, commercial/contract negotiation.
  • Houston-based; able to be in-office on Tuesdays.


Work Model

  • Hybrid Houston role; in-office Tuesdays with sales leadership.
  • Field-first: client meetings, on-sites, and enterprise pursuits as needed.


Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + ~$160,000 OTE, uncapped.

Standard benefits package (health/vision/dental, PTO, etc.).
