What You Will Own
End-to-end recruitment across sales and commercial roles, partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality talent while building long-term relationships and a strong personal desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running full-cycle searches from kickoff through placement
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Advising clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and market conditions
- Sourcing, interviewing, and closing high-quality candidates
- Managing multiple searches simultaneously with organization and urgency
- Using market insight and data to guide hiring decisions
- Contributing to team growth through mentorship or leadership as the firm scales
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You
- Have 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Have a proven track record of strong performance
- Are comfortable running a full desk independently
- Can bring in and manage client relationships
- Are self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Are interested in growing into a leadership or player-coach role
