About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 360° role that blends business development, client relationship management, and candidate sourcing. You’ll be responsible for building and managing your own desk—cultivating client partnerships, delivering top-tier talent, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to streamline sourcing and interviewing processes
  • Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and account management
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet client demands consistently


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in full desk/360° recruiting (business development + sourcing + account management)
  • Strong track record of success in sales, recruiting, or staffing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale your own desk
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales recruitment is a plus
