In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across sales and commercial searches for high-growth, revenue-driven companies. You’ll work directly with clients, advise on hiring strategy and market conditions, and deliver results in competitive talent markets. What You Will Own

End-to-end recruitment across sales and commercial roles, partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality talent while building long-term relationships and a strong personal desk.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running full-cycle searches from kickoff through placement
  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  • Advising clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and market conditions
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and closing high-quality candidates
  • Managing multiple searches simultaneously with organization and urgency
  • Using market insight and data to guide hiring decisions
  • Contributing to team growth through mentorship or leadership as the firm scales


You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
  • Have a proven track record of strong performance
  • Are comfortable running a full desk independently
  • Can bring in and manage client relationships
  • Are self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Are interested in growing into a leadership or player-coach role
