COMMERCIAL SALESPERSON

About the Role

Be the person contractors count on. As part of the commercial team, you'll own bid & spec project work end to end, quoting, submittals, O&Ms, and buyouts , while providing the kind of ongoing support that turns a one time order into a long term partnership.

What You'll Do

• Take a set of plans and price the plumbing/HVAC materials needed, accurately and in detail
• Produce submittals and O&Ms, and carry projects through the full buyout process
• Provide ongoing support to contractor customers, not just quote and sell
• Answer phones and take orders
• Take on some outside sales, though the role is primarily inside-focused

What You Bring

• Commercial plumbing & HVAC knowledge,VRF systems, rooftop units, carriers, drains, fixtures (no certifications required)
• Ability to read a set of plans and translate it into a materials list
• A highly detailed, focused personality, comfortable with sustained, accuracy driven work
• A great attitude and genuine care for the work, this isn't a "just here for a paycheck" seat
• Strong team orientation, honesty, integrity, and grit, you own your mistakes and handle stress well
