The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is the perfect blend of strategic client partnership management and hands-on talent acquisition. You'll work with top-tier clients in the sales space, leading recruitment delivery while maintaining strong, consultative relationships.


What You'll Do

Client Partnership & Strategy

  • Manage client partnerships across multiple accounts, leading intake sessions, weekly updates, and recruitment delivery to ensure alignment and high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into effective talent strategies
  • Lead strategic conversations that go beyond transactional recruiting

Hands-On Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across technical and non-technical sales roles, maintaining a strong balance between hands-on recruiting and client-facing strategy
  • Build and execute sourcing and outreach campaigns using Loxo, Juicebox, and AI-assisted platforms to improve candidate quality and pipeline efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our consultative approach

Process Optimization & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to refine processes, define KPIs, and enhance delivery frameworks for scalable, data-driven hiring operations
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong background in client-facing roles, with the ability to lead strategic conversations and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment process optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring recruitment effectiveness
  • Experience recruiting for contact center, corporate, operational, or sales roles preferred
