What You’ll Do:
- Manage and expand client relationships across the commercial sector, delivering tailored IT solutions in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center.
- Leverage vendor partnerships (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE, Dell, VMware, etc.) to design and deliver custom solutions.
- Drive new business growth by hunting and developing opportunities, supported by your existing book of business and channel relationships.
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, quoting, pricing negotiations, deal registration, and post-sale support.
- Partner with internal engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure client success.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking functions, and industry events.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
What They’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of IT VAR/solutions provider sales experience, ideally with CRN Top Solution Providers.
- Established book of business and strong vendor/channel relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a hunter mentality.
- Strong technical knowledge across networking, cloud, and security solutions.
- Local to the NYC area, with the ability to work hybrid (2x/week in-office).
- Collaborative, customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary: Starting at $90,000

Uncapped commission, with OTE of $210,000+ (based on performance)
