Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer – PA Region


Location: Hybrid/Remote (Preferred: Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Allentown, Harrisburg, Montgomeryville)


Schedule: Flexible, producer-driven schedule with access to local offices and remote autonomy

This opportunity is in partnership with Pennsylvania regional leadership under Adam Lambert, Sales Manager. Producers will have the ability to collaborate with affiliated agencies, expand their geographic footprint across PA, and scale a book of business within a high-performance, growth-driven environment.


About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join the Pennsylvania team. The role is suited to either an experienced producer with a transferable book or someone excited to build one from the ground up. You'll have access to hands-on leadership, robust support infrastructure, and flexible affiliation with offices throughout the region. This is an ideal fit for someone with a hunter mindset, strong B2B sales background, and entrepreneurial drive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across your assigned territory and verticals
  • Run a full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, presenting, closing, onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention
  • Represent the firm at events, conferences, and industry associations
  • Maintain records in Salesforce, AMS360, and internal reporting systems


Ideal Candidate

  • Active P&C license (or ability to renew)
  • 1–5+ years of Commercial P&C experience
  • Experience selling into mid-market, transportation/logistics, construction, or habitational verticals
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and close business independently
  • Strong communicator with consultative B2B sales skills
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while integrating into a regional team

  • Internal account management and marketing assistance
  • Access to Salesforce, AMS360, and national carrier relationships
  • Regional leadership and business planning support from Adam Lambert
  • Eligibility for national sales contests and company-sponsored producer trips
