JOB DESCRIPTION — Personal Lines Producer (Hybrid • Asheboro, NC)
Join our client’s team as a Personal Lines Producer. You’ll inherit a warm book (not scratch), deepen existing relationships, and drive new personal-lines growth.
Work Setup: Hybrid preferred from the Asheboro, NC office (commutable within ~1 hour). About 16 in-office days/year for culture, training, and key meetings. Remote may be considered for the right person able to be on-site as needed.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal: 5+ years in personal-lines insurance sales/producer role.
- Open to strong non-insurance sales talent with polish and drive (licensing support provided).
- Valid P&C license (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Proven ability to manage and grow a book; excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with a client management system/CRM; basic Excel/Word proficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow an assigned personal-lines book; serve as the relationship lead with service support.
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities with new and existing clients (in person, online, phone, and written).
- Create and present proposals; explain coverage, terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Cross-sell and conduct coverage reviews at renewal; remarket when appropriate.
- Convert existing business-owner clients and their employees into personal-lines relationships.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline; keep activity current in the agency system/CRM; provide regular progress updates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting/eligibility, and regulatory changes.

SUCCESS (6–12 Months)
