Job Description – Operations Assistant

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role will provide critical internal support across finance, administration, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll management and ensure timely processing.
- Support budget tracking and expense management for internal operations.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and follow-up.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and assist with compliance.
- Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and process improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal operations-related questions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or executive support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
