Job Description – Operations Assistant

Location: Remote


We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This role will provide critical internal support across finance, administration, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll management and ensure timely processing.
  • Support budget tracking and expense management for internal operations.
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and assist with compliance.
  • Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal operations-related questions.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or executive support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
