Join a high-growth team expanding their commercial lines presence throughout State College, PA. You’ll collaborate with the team and regional partners to drive mid-market sales and establish a long-term career path within a top-20 brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three-year business plan (100K Y1, 150K Y2, 250K Y3).
• Build pipeline and prospect across key verticals (construction, transportation, logistics, habitational, manufacturing).
• Collaborate with cross-office teams and leadership on client strategy.
• Represent our client at regional networking events and associations.

Ideal Candidate

• Active P&C license (required)
• 3–5+ years of commercial lines sales experience (mid-market focus)
• Proven record of new business generation and pipeline management
• Strong hunter mentality and entrepreneurial energy
• Consultative sales approach with client-centric mindset
