Sales Representative
Ohio preferred (open to candidates east of the Mississippi)
Our client is hiring a Sales Representative to join a 60+ year old, family-owned, award-winning premium label manufacturer. They serve commercial, food and beverage, spirits, wine, and health and beauty brands. This is a great role for someone with packaging industry experience who enjoys consultative selling, territory growth, and long-term customer partnerships. In this role, you’ll:
- Prospect and win new label accounts across the eastern U.S.
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry networking
- Run discovery, recommend materials and finishes, and deliver quotes
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Grow existing customers through repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Partner closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years B2B sales in packaging, labels, printing, or related industry
- Proven new business and territory growth experience
- Driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable owning a region
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
