About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Executive to stabilize and grow a high-potential office in Layton, Utah. You’ll be the primary service contact for an assigned commercial book, owning client relationships end-to-end (onboarding → renewal → endorsements → certificates → audits → claims support). Book size will be matched to your experience level
Culture is hands-off management + high trust: clear expectations, strong team vibe (yes, competitive Mario Kart breaks happen), and unlimited PTO. Performance and client happiness matter most; hybrid is available once you’re up to speed.
What You’ll Do
-
Own A–Z servicing for an assigned commercial book (renewals/remarkets, endorsements, certificates, audits, claims coordination).
-
Advise clients on coverage, identify gaps, and coordinate solutions with producers and carrier partners.
-
Prioritize speed + accuracy on certs/endorsements; maintain disciplined documentation and task follow-through in AMS360.
-
Collaborate with producers to protect retention and uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
-
Escalate proactively on complex renewals or claims; drive solutions with internal and carrier teams.
-
Contribute to team culture and knowledge-sharing; help stabilize a book that needs immediate lift.
What You’ll Bring
-
Active P&C license and commercial lines account management experience
-
Strong servicing fundamentals (renewals, remarkets, endorsements, certs, audits, claims support) and client-first communication.
-
AMS360 experience is a big plus (willing to pay more for it). Salesforce familiarity helpful (or transferable CRM skills).
-
Organized, responsive, accurate; thrives in a fast-turn environment with clear SLAs.
-
Team player who enjoys a fun, high-energy office and can work with light oversight.
Work Setup
-
Primary office: Layton, UT (north of Salt Lake City by ~30 minutes).
-
Hybrid: Yes—generally more in-office for the first ~3 months while you ramp, then hybrid based on performance and client satisfaction.
- Occasional collaboration at other Utah offices (Salt Lake City, Utah County) as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary + performance bonus potential
-
Unlimited PTO, ull benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match).
-
CE support; clear career mobility given Utah is home base (regular exposure to HQ leadership).
Nice-to-Haves
- CISR/CIC/CPCU or similar designations.
- Demonstrated success remarketing and retaining complex/sensitive accounts.
- Utah carrier relationships and fast cert/endorsement turnaround.
