The Account Manager (Temporary Housing) will serve as the primary relationship manager between the company, relocation specialists, and the families they serve. This role is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships, supporting relocation specialists in their work, and guiding displaced families with care and professionalism as they secure temporary housing. It requires a balance of empathy, attention to detail, and results-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Prior experience in temporary housing, relocation, or insurance claims (non-negotiable).
- Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Skilled in consultative, solution-oriented support and service.
- Confident in negotiation and problem-solving with adjusters and vendor representatives.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable).
- Comfortable using tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and mission-driven to support families in transition.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with relocation specialists, serving as a trusted partner and resource.

Support displaced families in securing suitable temporary housing, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience.

Manage and oversee active housing placements initiated or assigned, from intake to resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally to track pipeline, KPIs, and client outcomes in the CRM.
