This is a B2B, new-business-focused hybrid Property & Casualty producer role for Pennsylvania-licensed professionals who want to build and own a profitable book within a well-established independent agency expanding its commercial presence.

This opportunity is designed for autonomous producers who enjoy prospecting, relationship-building, and owning the full sales process — including information gathering, completing applications, quoting accurately, and working directly with underwriters — while partnering with internal support teams in a collaborative independent agency environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow a Property & Casualty book through net-new production
• Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships in Western Pennsylvania
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through quoting and binding
• Complete applications (including ACORD forms) and gather accurate underwriting information
• Communicate directly with underwriters and carrier partners
• Manage pipeline activity within CRM tools
• Partner with internal service teams to transition business for onboarding and servicing

What You’ll Bring

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience selling B2B commercial insurance within an independent agency environment
• Proven ability to prospect and close net-new business
• Comfort completing applications and managing underwriting conversations independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in a performance-driven environment
• Professional, steady personality with strong character and integrity
