About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Associate to drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn automation, and follow-up engagement — including cold calling when needed. This role blends growth marketing with sales development, with the ultimate goal of booking meetings with qualified leads for our founder and team.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, marketing support team, and recruitment delivery side to help us grow across new verticals and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound email marketing campaigns using Gmail-based platforms (e.g., Gmass, Mailshake, Instantly, or similar)
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Waalaxy, etc.)
- Write and edit outbound messaging sequences with a clear, value-driven tone
- Record and share Loom video follow-ups to drive engagement
- Cold call or follow up with prospects to book discovery calls and strategy sessions
- Maintain lead lists, update outreach metrics, and track responses using Google Sheets and our CRM
- Run basic updates or edits on landing pages or our website (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Use Canva to create simple branded visuals (thumbnails, banners, headers)
- Collaborate with the team weekly to share campaign results and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound SDR, or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings from outbound efforts
- Advanced knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM platforms
- Experience with at least one email automation and one LinkedIn outreach tool
- Proficiency using Loom or similar for video messaging
- Basic design skills using Canva
- Familiarity with updating websites (no coding required — templates or CMS preferred)
- Strong written communication skills — clear, persuasive, and on-brand
- Comfortable working independently and reporting on progress weekly
- Bonus: Familiarity with sales, recruitment, or B2B services industries
