The Role:

 As a Customer Operations Analyst, you will ensure freight audits are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll be client-facing, tech-enabled, and closely collaborate with internal teams to drive operational improvements.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily freight invoice audits
  • Support new client onboarding (EDI integration, SOP setup)
  • Collaborate with Product/CS to increase automation
  • Resolve disputes and manage billing/payment exceptions


Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or account management
  • Bonus: Experience with D&D audit or EDI integration
  • Analytical, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator
