About the Role:

As a Sales Manager / Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding our global reach. This is a cutting-edge web-based platform that equips companies with everything they need to manage share incentive plans easily and efficiently. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter eager to sharpen top-level B2B sales skills and make a real impact on a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify target clients globally
  • Generate leads and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Plan daily outreach to connect with new and existing prospects
  • Lead outbound campaigns and secure meetings with target clients
  • Engage C-level decision-makers, run demos, and support negotiations
  • Manage deals from initial lead to final agreement
  • Develop partnerships to unlock new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the platform to showcase value
  • Join weekly sales meetings and share updates on progress and roadblocks
  • Provide feedback to improve the product and grow market share


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Highly motivated individuals with strong financial acumen
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers
  • Proactive sales and business development approach with a strong desire to grow and learn in a tech-driven environment
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver customized presentations tailored to client needs
  • Openness to constructive feedback


Must Have's

  • Qualified CA, CFA level 2/3, Lawyer, Product Specialist
  • Experience in selling a SAAS platform (beneficial but not required)
  • Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales (beneficial but not required)
