Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or head of kitchen operations in a fine dining environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and flexibility to adjust menus according to seasonal availability
- Passion for innovative and creative cuisine, with a focus on quality and presentation
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
