Job Qualifications

To be considered for the Food and Beverage Manager position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of food service or restaurant experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership, team-building skills, and great people skills coupled with a positive disposition.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in English (knowledge of conversational kitchen Spanish is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you will:

• Offer hands-on leadership to a team of hourly employees, providing consistent training and professional development.
• Ensure high standards for customer service by mentoring employees and implementing service training programs.
• Effectively hire, onboard, train, evaluate, mentor, and discipline team members to ensure the success of the team and operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervising from the front of the house to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
