Job Qualifications
To be considered for the Food and Beverage Manager position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of food service or restaurant experience.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership, team-building skills, and great people skills coupled with a positive disposition.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in English (knowledge of conversational kitchen Spanish is a plus).
Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you will:
- Offer hands-on leadership to a team of hourly employees, providing consistent training and professional development.
- Ensure high standards for customer service by mentoring employees and implementing service training programs.
