Primary Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to our community's dietary needs.
3. Manage food and beverage budgets, focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
4. Lead, train, and mentor the food and beverage team to ensure optimal performance.
5. Collaborate with executive management to align the food and beverage operations with our community's overall goals.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage management.
3. Proven track record of managing successful food and beverage operations.
4. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and training.
5. Strong understanding of dietary needs specific to the 55+ demographic.
