As our Pastry Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dessert and bread production. You aren't just following recipes—you are setting trends.
- Innovate: Develop cutting-edge, seasonal menus that capture the magic of Sedona, Arizona.
- Lead: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of 4–8 pastry pros and supervisors.
- Collaborate: Partner with Executive Chefs to elevate the entire culinary scene in Sedona, Arizona.
- Master the Craft: Oversee daily operations, ensuring every bite is a masterpiece while maintaining top-tier efficiency and cost control.
