As CEO, you will provide the expert vision, leadership and the day to day
oversight necessary to ensure that the company successfully executes it’s
strategic plans, mission and drive continued profitable revenue growth.
The right candidate must be capable and ready to fully execute company
strategy, build, strengthen and scale an already great team and company
culture, provide inspired leadership to our team, and establish a great
working relationship with the advisory board.
Reporting directly to the Founder and advisory board, this role will lead all
departments and executives.

EXPERIENCE:
● 10+ years as CEO, CRO/CMO, or COO
● D2C, CPG Online / E-commerce
● Nutritional Supplement/health industry (preferred)
● P+L management of $100-500m
● E-commerce and/or direct response industry experience
● Proven Success scaling a mid-size organization from 100 employees to
300 employees and from $50 million to high growth upwards of 150
Million
● Proven track record driving large increases in profitable revenue (ie.
30-100%+ growth YOY)
● Proven track record leading a company, large division, or multiple
divisions.
● Prior success managing a remote company and/or remote team
● Ability to execute a business strategy, understand/manage capital ratio,
measure ROI, create clear KPIs, forge new markets, and release new
products
● History of effective decision-making based on business metrics
● Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
● Inspire, lead and build a top-performing, effective team
● Merger and Acquisition experience a plus!
● Regulatory Industry Experience a plus
