About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Executive (Closer) to convert warm leads into high-value deals, helping medical providers expand their clinics with innovative technology. This is a commission-only role, ideal for competitive, independent sales professionals who thrive on performance and uncapped earning potential.


Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads and consult with doctors to close high-ticket (5-figure) deals.
  • Manage a 21-day average sales cycle, typically closing within a few calls.
  • Nurture and follow up with prospects who don’t close immediately.
  • Reschedule appointments with prospects who miss meetings.
  • Partner with a dedicated sales setter who books 12–18 appointments weekly; no cold calling required.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and fast-growing team culture.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B, B2C, or high-ticket closing.
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with a coachable mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; empathetic and patient with clients.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining focus.
  • Team-oriented with strong proactive communication skills.
