Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Account Executive for one of our clients! They are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in helping law firms attract more clients from their local Hispanic communities. Since 2017, they’ve worked with over 350 law firms, and they’re on track to serve 1,000+ firms over the next 2 years. All communication is conducted in English, and Spanish-speaking is not required. This is a remote, full-time B2B sales role focused on closing digital marketing service packages with law firms. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from your first outbound email to the final signed contract—and receive a mix of inbound leads and outbound outreach responsibilities. The first two weeks are dedicated to onboarding and training before you begin pitching actively.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, sales calls, and closing
  • Conduct Zoom presentations with law firm owners and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
  • Hit weekly outreach, follow-up, and closing KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients


COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

  • Remote, Full-Time
  • Total Compensation: $60,000+ annually (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
  • Inbound leads provided; outbound prospecting required
  • Clear performance-based income growth plan
  • Training provided in the first 2 weeks
  • 1099 or W9, depending on structure and location


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in legal services or digital marketing (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience working in remote, metrics-driven sales environments
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to book, run, and close Zoom-based sales calls
  • Highly motivated, organized, and coachable
  • Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound lead flow


WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • Candidates without legal or digital marketing B2B sales experience
  • Anyone unwilling to prospect outbound in addition to inbound leads
  • Sales reps who need constant supervision or micromanagement
