Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring a Closer for one of our clients, a fast-growing marketing and lead generation agency helping dog trainers, pet care professionals, and veterinary businesses scale with proven digital systems. They generate a steady stream of warm, qualified leads, and now they’re looking for a skilled Closer to turn those leads into clients and upsell them into their full suite of services.


What This Job Entails:

  • Close qualified inbound leads into core marketing and lead-gen packages
  • Run high-converting discovery & sales calls via Zoom
  • Upsell additional services like appointment setting, CRM builds, or coaching offers
  • Manage your sales pipeline and daily activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or GoHighLevel)
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and client success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objection handling, and sales process improvements


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience closing service-based deals (ideally in digital marketing or B2B)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading a consultative sales process
  • Comfortable using CRMs and tracking key sales metrics
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable, driven, and excited to grow with a high-performance team
  • Bonus: Experience selling to local business owners or in the pet industry
  • Compensation & Perks:
  • Warm, qualified leads, no cold calling


Compensation Structure:

  • $3,000 Base + Commission per close + Bonus opportunities
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $7,000–$10,000/month
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours
