Jayce Grayye Consulting is partnering with a powerhouse in the wholesale diamond industry to bring on ambitious, high-performing salespeople. Our client has spent the last 33 years supplying premium loose diamonds and fine diamonds to retailers across the country. They’re trusted, established, and scaling fast. What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead on qualified, high-intent inbound prospects and guide them through a polished, consultative sales process. From the first conversation to final negotiations, you’ll be the expert they rely on. If you’re driven, strategic, competitive, and energized by high-ticket deals, you’ll feel right at home.



Why This Role Is a Big Deal

• Onsite, full-time position

• $52,000 base + commissions + residuals

1st-Year OTE: $75,000–$120,000

2nd-Year OTE: $120,000–$150,000

• W2 stability with long-term earning potential

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Running sales conversations with warm inbound leads

• Building strong, repeat-client relationships in the luxury market

• Mastering product knowledge, pricing strategy, and market trends

• Negotiating and closing high-value deals with confidence

• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Proactively building out your pipeline

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

• Traveling to trade shows and meeting clients across the US



What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven sales success (luxury or high-ticket strongly preferred)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• High-level problem-solving and real-time deal navigation

• CRM proficiency and meticulous attention to detail

• A self-driven, competitive mentality

• Flexibility for client needs outside standard hours

• Strong time-management and follow-through

• A coachable, growth-focused mindset

• Genuine empathy and a consultative approach with clients

• A team-first attitude in a tight-knit environment
