Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking Closers for one of our clients in the wholesale diamond industry! Our client, a well-established leader in diamond distribution, specializes in providing high-quality loose diamonds and diamond jewelry to retailers for thirty-three years. Their mission is to deliver excellence in service and product selection, helping independent jewelers thrive. Your Role

Your role will involve engaging with qualified leads, scheduling consultations, and closing high-value diamond sales. Are you persistent, self-motivated, patient, and competitive? Structure & Compensation

  • Onsite, Full-Time Opportunity
  • Full-time working hours throughout the week
  • $38,000 - $48,000 + Commissions + Residuals
  • OTE 1st Year: $75,000-$120,000/year
  • OTE 2nd Year: $120,000 - $150,000/year
  • W2 Position


What This Job Entails

  • Schedule and conduct sales prospecting with inbound leads.
  • Build and nurture client relationships within the jewelry and luxury goods market.
  • Develop a strong understanding of market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Facilitate the closing process with strategic negotiation techniques.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients proactively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Must be willing to travel to trade shows and customers across the US.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably high-ticket or luxury goods sales).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with at least $1M+ in generated revenue annually (proof required).
  • Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for live deal negotiation.
  • Experience with CRM software and high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule—available to assist clients outside standard hours if needed.
  • Driven, competitive, and confident in coaching others and setting expectations.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules.
  • Coachable—eager to participate in ongoing training and push yourself to excel.
  • Empathetic—able to understand and connect with clients to tailor solutions.
  • Team player—collaborative mindset and ability to support a small, close-knit team.
  • Proactive—takes initiative to drive sales conversations and address potential challenges.
