The Opportunity
We are representing a rapidly growing, premium sports and social platform that connects individuals through high-end fitness experiences and lifestyle events. Our client is seeking a Marketing & Community Manager to act as a key driver for brand growth and community engagement in the Miami market and beyond.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines digital strategy, influencer management, and physical event activation. Working closely with the Founder, you will be responsible for bringing the brand’s energy to life through strategic content, elite partnerships, and seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Management

Strategic Growth: Own and scale the brand’s presence across Meta, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Content Excellence: Plan and execute a content calendar that reflects a premium, active, and social identity.

Community Advocacy: Interact daily with followers, partners, and influencers to foster long-term brand loyalty.
Marketing & Campaigns

Agency Coordination: Brief and manage an external Ad Specialist agency to ensure paid campaigns align with brand visuals, tone, and performance goals.

Creator Partnerships: Manage collaborations with influencers and content creators, overseeing contracts, deliverables, and creative feedback.

Brand Strategy: Generate creative ideas for ad content, brand positioning, and unique community activations.
Events & Strategic Partnerships

End-to-End Logistics: Source venue opportunities and manage event logistics, including coordination with brand partners and guest management.

On-Site Execution: Support the brand’s on-site presence to ensure a seamless and high-end experience for all members and guests.

Local Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local gyms, sports clubs, and wellness partners to support community growth.
Professional Profile

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or community management (lifestyle, fitness, or startup experience is a significant plus).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.

Creativity & Initiative: A proactive, "hands-on" mindset with a strong understanding of social trends and influencer marketing.
