They are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to help expand their sales organization and drive new business within the digital commerce space.


This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients from first conversation through close, crafting commerce strategies that blend technology, creativity, and marketing excellence. This isn’t a “quota and go” role. The successful candidate will join a lean, ambitious, and collaborative team that values curiosity, transparency, and long-term growth.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative selling
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Position the agency’s full suite of commerce and growth services to enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with internal experts in strategy, marketing, and solutions engineering
  • Represent the company at industry events, dinners, and conferences (approx. 30% travel)
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Stay ahead of emerging commerce technologies and trends


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in eCommerce or digital agency sales, with proven success closing enterprise-level deals
  • Experience selling large-scale commerce implementations or strategic engagements
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem (Recharge, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerce is also valuable
  • Tech-savvy, consultative, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Resourceful, accountable, and driven by a growth mindset
