What You’ll Do
- Build High-Value Partnerships
- Identify and cultivate relationships with brands eager to reach professional, business-minded audiences.
- Own the Sales Journey
- Lead outreach, craft pitches, negotiate deals, close partnerships, and support ongoing relationships with precision and personality.
- Create Smart, Strategic Campaigns
- Develop proposals and media plans that align brand objectives with the unique strengths of top creators.
- Shape the Future of Creator Marketing
- Stay sharp on industry trends, advocate for creators, and help brands break through with campaigns that feel fresh and meaningful.
What You Bring
- A self-starter mindset and the energy to thrive in a small, fast-moving team.
- A passion for building relationships and turning conversations into closed deals.
- Experience in sales, media, marketing, or the creator economy is a bonus — but determination and curiosity matter most.
- NYC-based (in-office Monday to Thursday).
What You’ll Get
- $65,000 salary plus a competitive commission structure that gives an OTE of $130,000 in year one.
