We are hiring a Territory Manager for one of our clients, a full-service distributor and fabricator that provides conveyor system solutions to the processing, manufacturing, and material-handling industries. Their product line includes conveyor belting, belting accessories, power transmission products, hose and fittings, plastics, gaskets, and a wide range of conveying equipment and components. Role Summary
As a Territory Manager, you will own a defined geographic market, building deep relationships with industrial customers, growing existing accounts, and driving new business. You will collaborate closely with leadership and internal support teams to uncover opportunities, implement value-driven solutions, and achieve territory growth targets. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role ideal for a self-motivated industrial sales professional who thrives on both hunting and growing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial accounts, retaining and expanding existing business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for National, OEM, and Regional accounts, from consultative selling to project oversight.
Prospect for new business and develop a healthy sales pipeline to hit growth targets.
Promote, present, and sell products and services with a solution-oriented sales approach.
Partner with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal resources to secure new orders and support customer needs.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build visibility.
Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance in CRM or ERP tools and provide timely reporting and competitive intel.
Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure accurate quotes, on-time delivery, and seamless implementation.
Maintain a regular call plan and travel schedule to engage proactively with key accounts.
Compensation & Structure
Full-time position with base salary, commission, and bonus potential.
Target annual earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 dollars or more with uncapped potential.
On target earnings ranges from $150,000 to $500,000.
Paid training and onboarding are provided to set you up for success.

Travel is required within the assigned territory and may include overnight stays.
Requirements
At least two years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution.
Background with conveyors, automation, or related technical or industrial products is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative selling ability.
High responsiveness to customer needs and the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel overnight when required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in industrial environments.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
