About the Role

As a Commission only Closer, you will operate in a performance-driven environment where your talent, discipline, and expertise directly translate into meaningful impact and substantial earnings.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging warm, qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Running consultative, trust-building conversations
  • Presenting tailored health insurance solutions
  • Closing policies that genuinely improve clients’ lives

  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed policy
  • Own your pipeline and proactively create new opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics
