Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring an Account Executive for one of our clients a fast-growing, industry-disrupting consulting and training company revolutionizing how service businesses operate. With a bold mission to transform an outdated industry using analytics, innovation, and hyperlocal solutions, they’re helping clients reach levels of performance they didn’t think were possible.

We’re looking for someone energetic, results-driven, and obsessed with performance to join their expanding sales team.

What This Job Entails:

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing new clients.
• Build relationships with service-based business owners across North America.
• Understand client pain points and offer tailored consulting/training solutions.
• Drive both new business and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine messaging and improve performance.
• Travel to Los Angeles for onboarding (all travel expenses paid by the company).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or customer success.
• A proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship-first approach.
• Creative problem solver with a “get it done” attitude.
• An entrepreneurial mindset means taking ownership and thinking like a business partner.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Bonus: Experience in high-ticket sales, consulting, software, or automotive sectors.

Compensation Structure:

• $60,000 base salary + commission + bonuses
• Recurring residual income on closed deals
• Paid travel for onboarding and training
• Remote-friendly, with optional offices in Los Angeles, CA, and Vancouver, BC.
