Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Maidstone

Basic salary £21,000 - £23,000 - £35,000 OTE

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
• Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
• Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates
• Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
• Preparing candidates CV’s to send over to clients
• Building your personal brand on Linkedin
