Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant - 100% Remote

£35,000-£50,000 basic, OTE £65K+ Yr 1,£80,000+ yr 2 ,£100,000+ yr 3

Please note you MUST have 360 recruitment experience in accountancy & finance to be considered for this role. Please note our client will not consider applicants outside of this remit.

My client is a specialist recruitment agency in the Accounting/Finance sector who pride themselves on offering honest, fair and ethical recruitment services to their extensive client and candidate base.

Due to continued growth my client is looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join their team - all of whom LOVE what they do and this is clear from speaking to all members of the team.

Even though all consultants are 100% home based there is still a clear collaborative team feel running throughout where everyone can rely on one another for support/ideas/advice.

What your day looks like:

• Working as a 360-recruitment consultant you will utilise the tools of the trade attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates to opportunities.
• Writing engaging job adverts that attract the level of candidates required to match the brief of your clients
• Communicating efficiently and professionally between candidates and clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with all people from all levels
• Business development to grow your connections and add to your earning potential
• Keeping highly organised by being proficient in using IT and administration skills
