We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate for our client’s very rarely available Trainee Recruitment Role based in their beautiful Loughton office. We need someone who has a way with people and a natural flair for sales. The type of person who has that balance between not being too “salesy” to the point you come across like a robot, but confident enough to build solid relationships with people.

You will come from a strong sales background and have demonstrable achievements within your previous and current roles OR be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment.
