Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Graduates wanted - Finchley - £25,000 basic – £50,000 OTE

Our client will consider both graduates offering immediate start and those who cannot start until summer 2024 so if you haven’t yet graduated but this role is of interest – please still apply! Please note due to office location you must live within 5 miles of Finchley to be considered for this role.

Our client is a specialist agency in the Engineering and Software development space covering both the UK and US markets, working with start-ups to some of the world’s largest corporations. They already have a fantastic track record of developing graduates with no experience into full 360 recruitment consultants who are earning great commission and most hitting a senior promotion within their first year of joining the company.

This is not the type of environment where you will be thrown in the deep end to sink or swim but you will need motivation, resilience, and ambition as these traits cannot be taught. In return you can expect an industry leading training programme including lots of one-to-one time with the Directors and top billers providing you with all the tools required to become successful!

What your day looks like:

• Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify candidates
• Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
• Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
• Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
• Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
• Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
• Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition
