About Our Client:

White Ash Group is currently recruiting an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our technology client. Our client is a trailblazing software solutions provider transforming the manufacturing landscape. Their innovative platforms enable manufacturers to streamline operations, enhance compliance, track inventory and drive growth. We are recruiting for a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive who will play a pivotal role at the bottom of the funnel, championing client acquisition, retention, and long-term relationship building and strategic growth.


Position Overview:

The Account Executive will drive revenue by closing new clients and managing key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. This individual will be responsible for the final stages of the sales process, including running demos, navigating negotiations, finalizing contracts, managing the client relationship, and laying a foundation for long-term partnerships with our client’s clients. The Account Executive will be the self-proclaimed “champion” of the bottom of the funnel and will write the company playbook for best-practices for being an AE.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition
  • Work with BD and Marketing team to find and develop leads in new markets.
  • Lead efforts to close new accounts by understanding clients unique needs and positioning product offerings correctly in order to drive growth.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition.
  • Account Management & Retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and seamless transition from sales to account management.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide solutions, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and client value.
  • Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management
  • Accurately maintain records of client interactions, pipeline activities, and account health within the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Regularly report to the Revenue and Marketing teams on progress, insights, and account status.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales and retention strategies, ensuring all KPIs and revenue goals are met.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience: 5+ years in sales and account management within the SaaS or technology industry, preferably with a background in the manufacturing (tech or otherwise).
  • Track Record: Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, closing deals, and managing high-value client accounts.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and build rapport with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to build trust and long-term relationships, serving as a dedicated advocate for client success.
  • Analytical & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, data-driven approach to account management, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite, Gong and other sales tools.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
