Our client is building the infrastructure layer for modern enterprise workflows. For decades, the world’s most critical industries, supply chain, insurance, financial services, and healthcare, have been limited by unstructured data. Trillions of dollars in revenue and operational decisions are trapped in messy PDFs, complex emails, and endless spreadsheets. While the AI revolution has promised a solution, most offerings are flashy demos rather than dependable, high-accuracy systems enterprises can trust.


Our client is changing that. Their AI platform automates the toughest, most unstructured enterprise workflows with a level of accuracy and control that was previously impossible. Rather than just extracting data, it delivers reliable, trainable AI functions that can be orchestrated to automate entire end-to-end business processes.

As their second marketing and growth hire, you’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, founders, and cross-functional teams to do what matters most—grow the pipeline. They’re looking for someone with a few years of experience in the AI or developer tools space who can jump in headfirst and help scale across multiple channels.

Responsibilities


  • Demand Gen: Build email sequences and marketing automation to drive their brand messaging. You’ll get your hands dirty with Hubspot campaigns, tracking, and attribution support.
  • Outbound: Test outbound strategy campaigns across different verticals, ICP targets, and messaging. Help to deploy light ABM tests.
  • Content + socials: You’ll help to launch their always on content via socials, and can step in to help with content creation and production.
  • ICP expert: Test new acquisition channels and measure effectiveness. They have to take data-driven bets to scale to the level they're planning to.
  • Events: Support their Head of Growth with events + conferences. They’ve hosted panels, dinners, and just made a big splash at a conference. They have lots more coming.
  • Partner marketing: Develop co-marketing with integration partners and other developer + AI platforms that they admire. They host a podcast and are always interested in building more deep relationships with other companies within the space. 
  • SEO: You’ll help them here too.


Your first 2 months:


  • Month 1: Hold a high responsibility over their outbound strategy + be in the weeds with multiple channels and their events. Bonus points? You’ve jumped in to help them align with more partners too. And will have tested new markets for them to explore and have data (and pipeline) to back up why they should continue down those pathways.
  • Month 2: You've already driven a 25% increase in qualified pipeline (ideally, you did this within month one)


Is this you?


  • 2+ years of growth, marketing, or biz dev experience
  • Experience with dev tools, B2B SaaS, or technical products
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
  • Excellent written communication
  • In-depth knowledge of technical concepts and ability to engage with developers
  • Startup mentality—willing to dive into high-impact areas
  • Excited about AI and data transformation trends


Base Salary ~$110K • Offers Equity
