Account Executive
Aware Health is on a mission to break the pain cycle, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us reach our next stage of growth.
We’ve already grown 200% in the past year without a dedicated AE. Now we’re ready to pour fuel on the fire. The mission of this role is simple: grow revenue through strong broker and employer relationships.
You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing team where every win matters. As one of our first AEs, you’ll help shape our sales engine, define our process, and build something lasting. What You’ll Do
- Source and close new business through brokers and direct employer relationships
- Convert meetings set by our BDR team into opportunities you own through close
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with brokers, consultants, and ecosystem partners
- Support renewals and upsells for accounts you’ve brought in
- Evangelize the Aware brand through authentic content and activity on LinkedIn
- Keep your pipeline clean and current in HubSpot — you’ll live there
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, messaging, and process improvements
- Bring energy, ideas, and a sense of ownership to everything you do
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Have 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in digital health, benefits, or a related space
- Consistently hit or exceed your quota
- Know how to build pipeline and create demand, not wait for it
- Have experience selling to or through brokers, TPAs, or self-funded employers
- Are a clear communicator and strong storyteller
- Bring grit, curiosity, and the drive to build something from the ground up
- Can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment (and laugh along the way)
- Don’t mind traveling (can be up to 75% travel sometimes)
Compensation & Perks
- $100 - $130k base salary with an OTE of $250k and uncapped earning potential
- High commission percentage with accelerators for overperformance
- Ramp plan paid at OTE for hitting ramp goals
