Role Description

We're hiring our first GTM Engineer to own the full go-to-market engine from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founding team to build, automate, and scale every part of our pipeline — outbound, inbound, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows.

This isn't a traditional sales or marketing role. It's a technical, high-leverage seat where you architect the systems that drive revenue.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Technical and obsessed with using AI to move faster than teams 10x your size
• Fluent in the modern GTM toolchain — Clay, AI agents, automation platforms, web scraping
• Prior startup, founding, or early-stage experience
• Background in operations, customer success, consulting, or product strategy
• High agency, high ownership, low ego

• Comp: $80k+ base; $120k OTE
