The Role


As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing NurseHub’s social media strategy. You’ll create engaging content, manage daily interactions, track analytics, and optimize campaigns to foster a strong community and increase brand awareness.


Role and Responsibilities


● Develop and implement a strategic social media plan across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others).

● Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.

● Manage community interactions—respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.

● Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

● Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best

practices to keep NurseHub’s content fresh and relevant.

● Work with influencers, ambassadors to expand NurseHub’s reach and

credibility.

● Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.

● Manage paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.

● Manage creation and publishing of Education/Outreach content.


Qualifications & Skills


● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

● Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, video editing (basic), and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite experience preferred).

● Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment.

● Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite.
