Monk differentiates itself from competitors who only offer point solutions by having built a complete system of record for revenue operations and finance that is deeply embedded in workflow. This deep embedding insulates them from being negatively affected by updates to underlying AI models.


About the Role

Monk is looking to hire a founding AE to help scale the GTM function. In this role, you won't be slotting into an existing machine; you'll be helping define the GTM function.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience selling into SMB/MM
  • Ability to self-source with minimal inbound
  • Experience in shorter sales cycles (Monk's is 2-4 weeks)
  • Excitement to build playbooks, further define the GTM function, and wear multiple hats in a small, scrappy environment
  • Founding experience in small, high-growth startups
  • Fintech experience is a plus!

  • 2nd AE hire
  • 6 days/week in office (Union Square)

  • Comp: $240k OTE (50/50 split w/ accelerators)
