About Radix Health
Radix Health is looking for a VP of Strategy to partner with the executive team to define, operationalize, and execute Radix Health’s strategic roadmap. This highly visible role requires a balance of analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and creative problem solving to accelerate growth, scale operations, and drive alignment across the organization.
What You’ll Do

Lead strategic planning and execution: Partner with the CEO, COO and wider leadership team to develop, communicate, and operationalize the company’s short- and long-term strategy, including growth, product, and market expansion initiatives.

Drive data-informed decision-making: Translate insights from market research, competitive intelligence, customer data, and financial analysis into actionable strategies that improve business performance.

Operationalize strategic initiatives: Establish frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress against company goals; ensure alignment between teams and timely delivery of key initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure strategy is grounded in execution reality and measurable business outcomes.

Identify and evaluate growth opportunities: Lead strategic evaluations for partnerships, M&A, and new product or market opportunities that advance Radix’s mission and value proposition.

Executive communication: Support board and investor communications by preparing strategic narratives, company performance updates, and market positioning materials.

Mentor and scale the team: Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations function, fostering collaboration, analytical excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business leadership roles within healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact and align with company growth objectives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, provider operations, and market dynamics preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to distill complexity into clarity for executive and board-level audiences.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments, ideally helping scale from early stage to growth phase.
- Prior experience in management consulting or healthcare leadership strongly preferred.
- Skilled at balancing strategic vision with operational execution — a builder who thrives in both planning and doing.
