Responsibilities
- Owns and executes full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical functions, aligning hiring strategy to company goals
- Partners with founders and leadership to define roles, calibrate talent, and build proactive hiring plans
- Sources and engages top talent through creative outbound strategies while managing candidates end-to-end
- Builds and delivers a strong candidate experience while clearly articulating company mission, product, and value proposition
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions and optimize hiring performance
- Continuously improves recruiting processes, tools, and ATS systems to increase efficiency and scale effectively
- Operates with a startup mindset, thriving in ambiguity while taking ownership of outcomes and hiring success
- Demonstrates strong technical recruiting capability with the ability to assess and engage engineers, product, and design talent
- Acts as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing decisions through data, insights, and market knowledge

Full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse roles (engineering, GTM, ops, marketing, CS).

Proven success closing roles fast in competitive markets (bonus if you can point to metrics like time-to-fill or hires per quarter).

Storytelling ability: you can sell to A‑players who may not be actively looking.

Strong sourcing chops and experience with boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms.

Process builder/operator mindset: you know when to keep it simple and when to formalize.

Stakeholder management finesse: you can work directly with founders and hiring managers as a trusted partner.

Experience juggling multiple roles across different departments simultaneously.

Startup/founding recruiter experience (preferred): you’ve set up ATS systems, created interview training, and built recruiting strategy from scratch.

Fintech recruiting experience is nice to have, but experience hiring for similarly complex industries (healthtech, govtech, etc.) also works.
