Role Overview

We’re looking for a Founding Growth hire who can combine scrappy, experimental hustle with core demand gen expertise. This person will own top-of-funnel growth and demand generation: digital campaigns, growth hacks, content, events, and everything in between.

You’ll work closely with our current growth lead (who is focused on video and content) to run full-stack B2B SaaS growth — from performance marketing and analytics to bold, creative experiments like guerrilla campaigns and in-person events. This role is incredibly hands-on and entrepreneurial: you’ll have massive autonomy, and you’ll be expected to move fast, test constantly, and find creative ways to drive pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own B2B SaaS demand gen: paid ads, retargeting, Google Ads, CTV, LinkedIn, and more
  • Drive growth hacking initiatives: guerrilla marketing, creative stunts, grassroots campaigns (e.g., poster drops in NYC, high-visibility activations)
  • Manage digital infrastructure: Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, retargeting, analytics
  • Create and distribute content: partner with internal video/blog resources, amplify across channels
  • Plan and execute weekly community events (cocktails, DJs, customer mixers) to deepen customer + marketing engagement in NYC
  • Constantly test, measure, and scale experiments — prioritize what works, kill what doesn’t


What We’re Looking For

  • Hybrid profile: scrappy growth hacker/founder mindset + structured performance marketing chops
  • Hands-on technical growth skills: setting up campaigns, tag managers, tracking, landing pages
  • Experience growing B2B SaaS pipeline (ideally early-stage/high-growth)
  • Highly creative and willing to try unconventional tactics — and execute them fast
  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable in the field: events, customer dinners, in-person marketing
  • Hungry, resourceful, and ready to build a category-defining growth machine from scratch


Compensation & Structure

  • ~$130K base salary (flexible for the right candidate)
